Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products, including lip care and makeup items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Kiss’d is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
